Our team is growing, we’re hiring a digital marketing assistant to support clients in the small business, non-profit, and political sectors.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Tik-Tok for business purposes, and should be familiar with digital advertising. This position requires light graphic design, experience with digital advertising platforms, email marketing, and social media management tools.
The ideal candidate must have a degree or diploma in web and/or graphic design or marketing coupled with relevant experience.

Duties:
- Creative writing and content creation for social media, blogging, and other marketing materials
- Ensure brand guidelines are maintained across all marketing channels
- Light graphic design using Adobe Creative Cloud applications
- Creation and management of digital advertising campaigns on the Microsoft, Google, and Facebook/Instagram advertising networks
- Support the development, strategy, execution, and management of marketing and communication campaigns across multiple platforms
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of digital marketing strategy and campaigns
- Superior organization skills for detailed, timely and accurate project coordination
- Creative and resourceful with strong interpersonal skills
- Motivated, independent worker, who takes initiative and is able to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with Google productivity applications (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.), Microsoft Office 365, Facebook Business Manager, Trello, WordPress, Elementor page builder, Woocommerce, and Windows
